Welcome to Resume Builder (the "App"), provided by BURABICA SOFTWARE LTD ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms of Use ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your use of the App and related services. Please read these Terms carefully before using the App.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Subscriptions and Payments

• The App may offer auto-renewable subscriptions.
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings at any time.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable once a new period begins.

2. Use of the App

• We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on your devices, subject to these Terms and the App Store Rules.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or otherwise misuse the App.
• You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes.

3. User Content

• You are responsible for any content you create or upload within the App.
• By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and display such content as necessary to provide the Service.
• We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

4. Privacy

By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

• All intellectual property rights in the App (excluding user content) belong to BURABICA SOFTWARE LTD.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

• The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App.

7. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, BURABICA SOFTWARE LTD shall not be liable for any damages, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the App.
• In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the App or subscriptions in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

• You may terminate this Agreement by deleting the App from your devices and canceling your subscriptions.
• We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or applicable laws.

9. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
• Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
